Donation Drive Fundraiser

Fundraising

Schoolfundr Donation Drive

The Schoolfundr fundraiser kicked off on Thursday, Oct. 23, and will run through Nov. 5. Students will set up their own fundraising page during class on Thursday. Your student will also be able to share the link via text. Students are asked to send 20 emails to potential supporters or send texts using the Schoolfundr platform. Students/parents can register for the Schoolfundr platform to participate in the fundraiser at: https://app.schoolfundr.org/participant/harrisonorchestra/join

95% of the funds a student collects on their individual fundraising page will be credited to that student’s orchestra account. (The other 5% will cover credit card fees and incentives.) Funds can be used for enrichment fees, the NYC trip, the banquet, orchestra field trips, and other orchestra fees, and any unused student funds will roll over to next year for all but seniors.

Another option is that your student can share the main orchestra page via text with those donors who may prefer to donate to the orchestra FANS (Financial Assistance for Needy Students) fund by supporting here: https://app.schoolfundr.org/fund/harrisonorchestra

If you have any questions, please email the Harrison Orchestra Booster President at: president@harrisonorchestra.org

Fundraising Purpose:

The Harrison Chamber Orchestra will be traveling to Indianapolis, IN on March 13-15, 2025 to take part in the 2025 Music for All National Festival presented by Yamaha.
The orchestra will prepare a program of music to perform on the national stage at The Palladium Concert Hall in Carmel, IN. High School orchestras from around the country apply each year and the Harrison Chamber Orchestra has been selected as one of six high school orchestras invited to perform at the 2025 national festival.
